Once An Early BirdAcrylic, Ink on canvas20cmx20cmHere it is, my first ever painted canvas. Well, I’ve painted on canvas before, but never an actual character based artwork. It’s a little something different to my usual approach to a work. Slightly more conceptual, I think. Perhaps. The title speaks for itself, no? I remember I use to say to my friends, “Meet Eleven at 11”. I’ve been so busy si nce those days and my sleeping patterns have distorted and now it’s, “Meet Eleven at 11, but I’ll actually get there at 1”. I’m great to my friends.This artwork is on show at the Just Another Project Space and sits alongside the other Just Another Agency artists’. It has been an honour to exhibit and meet some of these amazing people. Their work is so incredible and they are even more incredible people. Just Another Book III woke up this morning thinking what has happened in the past year was all a dream. Forgive me for sounding incredibly soft, but this year has been such a huge rush of happiness for me. I’ve accomplished a lot of things I never thought were possible for me, ever. When I started three years ago I never would have expected such accolades and opportunities. Not mention the countless number of amazing people I’ve met and asked questions about being a demigod on an island. I tickled the spine of this lime coloured block and slid it out from between my other books. There it was, the second instalment on the Just Another Book. I flipped through admiring all of the amazing artists in there and then I reached my own name. The pinnacle of my career as well as the second best thing to happen to me this year. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, given me a ‘chur’, and has reminded me of how lucky I’ve been. To the Just Another Agency girls, I am eternally grateful for everything you’ve done for me. As well as all the hugs, laughs and jokes about dicks. Make sure to pick up a Just Another Book either from Signed & Numbered, your local art distributor or from http://www.justanother.com.au/ . My interview seems to be the least serious and reveals far too much about me T____T I’ll make sure to have more inspiring answers next time around. For now, onto another year of adventure. Just Another Book II

Women’s Cans

Women. We love them, don’t we? Whether sorting your taxes, fixing your fuses or superimposed over walls of a room belonging to testosterone-driven boys, we love women. You don’t have to look far to see that women are annihilating all career

 paths. In this case, the lovely women of the aerosol. A girl and her cans.

That last part probably ruined it? This is fun in the sun with the super-energetic Dekaffeine and the lovely Lucy Lucy Lucy Lucy. Two weirdos who happen to make amazing art~

Just Another Book Launch IIBOOM, so here it is! We come to the second instalment of the Just Another Book! How exciting! Not that exciting you say?
