It’s never this sunny in Melbournia
It was as if the heavens were set aflame today, as the sun blazed mercilessly towards this dry land, sending us to the shadows. To the shadows, I say! There we sprayed, the alley was ours. One half of Fun Apparel came down from Sydney and I also invited my Norwegian Snowflake, SinnSykShit, to paint with me in Union Lane. We had a grand ol’ time away from the sun, laughing at the strange characters who passed us and the ever-so-critical townsfolk who were quite displeased with our artistic renditions of typography and portraiture. Ho ho, summer in Melbournia !
Raptor Blood
What a daunting road, provoking you to forward up it’s tongue into the light. From the shadows, everything seems further, unobtainable. The night. An overwhelming silence with the quivering whisper of rubber soles against concrete becomes an animalistic snarl.

Wasteland Poster
I designed a poster for a night up in Brisbane, called ‘Wasteland’. This really pushed me to reinterpret my vision into a digital work, as I’ve only ever used photoshop once before. I sketched it out quite loosely and had all the other details in my head. I’m quite happy with how it came out. There’s so much more potential with the gift of time in the future.

A picnic in the park
Colour spoke, the light trickling along the water, jittering like a joyful toddler. Rainbow-feathered birds hung upside from branches, gossiping to each other whilst the nearby fountain playfully and gently sprayed us. Children grazed their skin on the blades of grass, dogs fetched fallen arms of giant trees and platinum-haired grandparents fanned themselves in the shade. The ducks laughed like rich socialites while rich socialites quacked like ducks. The smell of spring swept the through the air, blanketing the already ethereal atmosphere. It was beautiful.
We also so a guy smoking a bong behind a tree. Word ~
